FAQs

Do I need a referral from a professional (e.g., physician) to seek services?

No. Self-referrals are welcome. Contact us to get started.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. Wait times vary depending on the psychologist and type of service. Typical wait times range from 4 to 9 months. We will provide more information about availability when you contact us.

Do you see clients funded through agencies such as Jordan’s Principle, NIHB, or the Ministry of Social Services?

Yes. Some of our psychologists’ services are eligible for funding through these agencies. Please inform our administrative team or your psychologist about the funding you intend to use.

What if I am unsure about the type of service I need or which psychologist would be the best fit?

That’s okay! When you contact our clinic, we will discuss your needs and help determine whether an assessment or treatment is more appropriate. We will also guide you in selecting the right psychologist for your situation.

Are there special considerations for families where parents are separated or divorced?

Yes. Consent is typically required from all parents or caregivers with legal custody and decision-making rights. Services cannot proceed without consent from all individuals with decision-making authority.
